Very impressive in use.
Excellent weight thus minimising the effort required, well finished so easily cleaned and good sharpness of the tenderising prongs making for great efficiency.

Sturdy design
Good product, haven't found any flaws yet. I used to have a wooden one, this is so much easier to use. No effort needed as it's quite heavy. Sturdy and easy to clean.

Seems okay
Never had a tenderiser before but used this for the first time with a chicken breast. Does the job but yet to try on steak.

Very well made and heavy enough.
I was amazed how heavy and well made it is at low price. Would definitely buy again. Very easy to clean, although it is not advisable to put it in a dishwasher.

Perfect for the duck breasts I needed to flatten
A friend gave us some duck breasts, HUGE duck breasts. When I tried to cook them the usual way, in the pan with some extra virgin olive oil, they brought new meaning to the word 'rare' when we cut into them. They were just too thick to pan fry. Not complaining mind, just needed something to smash them to bits with, to flatten them a little or a lot as it turned out when he gave us some more. They must feed the ducks too much wherever he goes to get them! They sure have big breasts. Enter this baby! Perfect for the task. Feels sturdy, looks sturdy and you can smash away to your hearts content until you have flat breasts hehe. I like!

Great little tool - good price - great quality
Love this - especially as it has two sides, a more chunky side for steaks, pork etc and a flatter side for chicken etc. Fits in my drawer easily - great little tool - and reasonably priced - thoroughly recommend.

Not dishwasher safe and not stainless steel
After one dishwasher cycle we started seeing spots in the hammer itself meaning it was chrome plated. Hammer was good before we found this and I bought it specially because I believed it was stainless steel throughout.
