The media could not be loaded. This is a complex install. Wires inside are just a pain to make them fit and put the headunit back in. Also, you have ti do some tweaks on the menu in order to make the sound work. Its too many things that need to be changed, and even like that, i always have to manually disconnect from my original bluetooth and reconnect everytime i need to listen to spotify.It still beats the original screen.

I would not recommend this product. The item description says that it supports all Mercedes vehicles with NTG4.0/4.5 system. This is true, though, the Actual Installation does not. Customer service is prompt but not so effective on the installation. Instruction video only available for W204 C class.I tried to put this system on my C117 CLA but the ISO harness is just poorly designed from the engineering perspective that even after I performed cable management the command unit still does not fit back into the center console - simply because the wiring is too bulky. Possible solutions could be using a saw to cut the plastic panel on top of the host, but this is not proven to be working.After two days of hard working on the installation but fail in the very last step - putting everything back to its original place. I have decided to return.

Nice product but not the best instructions to help with install. Got screen mounted which is not easy because the new harness makes for a tight fit when reinstalling the factory radio. Once screen is mounted the steps to program are not explained well and so after installing it doesn't display the radio , now navigation works back up camera works only the radio which works just not on the display. Nice screen but not easily installed. Will have to do a follow up after I figure out the issue.

I am very impressed with this Android unit for my 2009 Mercedes C350 (w204). The screen and component pieces are well made and fairly easy to install. After purchasing a decoder box in an attempt to integrate Android / Apple CarPlay that didn’t work, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase an Android Media screen. The unit works great, looks great and works flawlessly. I did have some set up issues and the options / factory settings / changes are numerous, so I reached out to their customer service VIA email. Their representatives are very responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this unit if you’re looking for an upgrade.Two quick install notes to save a lot of headache / time. (1) If your car has a older 30 pin Apple plug wired into your glovebox or center console you have to unplug the cable from the OEM wiring harness to get AUX sound through the Android unit. The 30 pin Apple cable impedes the AUX sound. (2) There is no way to use your OEM Bluetooth / internal microphone from your car. You have to disconnect the OEM Bluetooth and use the Android microphone for phone usage.

It’s a little slow time to time takes long to come on

Most everything does not work. Hardware seems fine, not sure about the software. No product support as the only email address comes back as undeliverable.Can’t get GPS signal, Apple CarPlay freezes a lot, Wi-Fi from my phones hotspot doesn’t do anything, the EQ doesn’t do anything to the sound, volume on app sound like Amazon music is to low. While in CarPlay, I have to make sure my phones volume is all the way up to be able to hear what’s playing.I hope all of these Android units are not like this, because I’m gonna try something else.

Customer support is very helpful and persistent. I had to adjust screen resolution and plug the audio into the center console for sound with (apple play only). Everything works amazingly, especially the touch screen and quality of display.Also add some felt tape or small rubber strip to new mounting plate to avoid squeaks.It’s awesome 👍🏻

Conserva todas las funciones del radio original. Adicionando carplay, que no tenia, con todas las ventajas que se deriva de esto. Se acopla facilmente. A pesar de que me auxilie de los servicios de un tecnico, me parecio que lo puede instalar una persona con habilidades minimas.Al momento de la compra, pense que podia verse mal por el tamano; pero una vez instalado, da la impresion de que vino de fabrica.Recomendaria esta compra, ya que, este radio hace mas confortable la conduccion del vehiculo; Puedes despachar asuntos de trabajo con facilidad por que es una tablet que hace facil ver y responder mensajes de WS o e-mail.Es importante acoplar la camara original del vehiculo en caso de que la tenga de fabrica, ya que, se afecta el funcionamiento si no se hace.
