Ideal for a child who has trouble expressing their emotions
I bought this for my son as a reflective diary. He has trouble explaining how he is feeling so the pictures of the faces (happy, nonchalant, sad) to circle, is really helpful.The writing space is large enough and I like the box at the bottom to draw a picture if a child would find that easier.

Ideal for smaller children who can write.
My grandson who is six, liked this for a Christmas present ! He is able to write and spell most words, and loves to draw pictures. I chose this Diary to suit his age and ability range.It has just the right amount of lines for him to write a short sentence or two, plus an space underneath for a picture if he wants to do one(He loves drawing and colouring)Highly recommended, and brilliant for writing, reading, spellings and pincer grip.
