Work great. Got mine refurbished and its like a new set. I love it. Fits fine, noice cancelling and sound is great. Controls are simple and very sensitive. Don't have to hit hard. Well worth the price. Once or twice they wouldn't connect. I put it back in the box, closed, pulled out, put back in and it was fine. Not a big deal.

I recently picked up these renewed Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I have zero regrets – they're fantastic! The Hi-Fi sound is crystal clear with deep bass and immersive 360 Audio that makes music, podcasts, and calls feel premium. The active noise cancellation does an excellent job blocking out distractions, whether I'm working, commuting, or just relaxing. Conversation Mode is a smart touch; it seamlessly lowers the volume and lets ambient sound in when someone talks to you – super handy in daily life. Occasionally, there's a minor beep noise (maybe from ANC adjustments or notifications), but it's rare and not disruptive at all – definitely not enough to be an issue. For a renewed unit, the build quality looks and feels like new, battery life holds up great, and pairing with my Samsung phones is effortless. TECH_KINGS are blatantly dishonest and I do not recommend. I don't tend to leave negative reviews but these arrived in absolutely horrible condition, not at all the "excellent" that was promised. Arrived in a beat-up, partially crushed box. The case itself was covered in scratches and dents. Upon opening it I found mysterious white residue all over borh earbuds, and the inside of the case was written on with sharpie. After testing them I found that the earbuds work occasionally but frequently produce a jarring static sound before they cease working at all. They kept pausing my audio at random and would not register any touch commands at all. System diagnostic revealed *at least* the battery, touch sensors, and ear-detection are all broken, meaning the microphone and speakers can't even have diagnostics run on them at all since they don't even register as being out of the case, but it seems the microphone doesn't pick anything up at all. Paying for these at nearly market price, this is actually bordering on a scam. These earbuds are disgusting, damaged, and defective. TECH_KINGS is the company reaponsible for refurbishing them and Amazon clearly could not care less about making sure they are honoring their listings. I am honestly amazed at how shamelessly they sent me a device of very poor quality at best while promising excellent quality. I am honestly suprised (and admittedly not dully convinced) they aren't fake altogether. Hopefully I didn't get some kind of biohazard in my ears and on my hands from handling these. I will be returning them immediately and I wish I could give zero stars. While some reviews seem positive, I personally would advise anyone reading this not to take the risk of wasting your time and money with this company.

I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they're gone. So I got these. Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I'm probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It's not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn't get a perfect grip. Broken ears.) I will admit I haven't tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven't at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn't know I wasn't using my phone and they sounded normal to me. I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don't think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier. I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it's simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing. I can't give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don't use them a lot because I'm disabled so I don't go out much, and I've never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that's not bad at least.

I decided it was time to buy myself some wireless buds and a friend recommended Galaxy Buds. So I did some research and found the 2 Pro seemed like my best option, but they were pretty expensive, then I discovered Amazon refurbished! I bought mine refurbished like new. When I got them, the case and tiny gaps in the buds did still have traces of earwax so I cleaned them up with rubbing alcohol, no big deal. They looked great regardless. I also had to reset them so they weren't still connected to the previous owner. Minor oversight for the price I got these beauties for. I mainly use these at work so I can't have more than one in at a time which is important since the ambient and noise canceling features don't work unless you're using both. First, the way the buds fit in my ear block sound out really well without the noise canceling feature. Sometimes I have to readjust the position so they don't hurt my ear but once they're in place, they're snug. It is a little hard to get them back out since they conform so well to the shape of my ear, so I've dropped it a few times. They bounce but are resilient so no damage so far. Also, I have them programmed so the volume is controlled by long presses so I accidently long press the touch pad when removing them and often put them back in to either loud or silent music depending on the ear I'm using. The tap feature is responsive but you need to be precise, however, one tap instead of the intended two simply pauses the tunes. No big deal there. This is my first pair of bluetooth buds so I'm not sure if it's normal, but these can tell when they're in your ear and will stop the music when you take them out. The battery life even without the noise cancelling feature isn't enough to last the whole day without being put back in the case, but a quick 10 minutes in the case charges them up quite a bit and the power in the case allows me to go days without plugging it in. Not to mention, using just one means I can switch it out if it goes battery low. Overall, I love these buds. Buying refurbished saved me so much money on a quality product that I will be using until I break them or they die. Worth it!

First time buying from this seller and I am impressed! They're better than I expected! They came in almost perfect condition, the only signs of them being refurbished are the box and one ever so slightly discolored earbud (which is not a problem to me). Came with a charger cord and different size buds. Arrived with a nearly full charge! Included a set of instructions in the box as well which I appreciate. I find that these are fitting better than my normal Buds2, I hope they'll last just as long! Great sound quality right out of the box!

I love the purple and they're so soft. They don't fit as well as the bud2s but they're still better than most earbuds. I wish the noise canceling was stronger (the bud2s are better for that), but it takes the edge off at least. Never had complaints from people on the other end of calls and the sound was always clear for me too. Easy connection and setup. Battery life was real good. I wish they would make a noise or show up on the location when they're dead or closed (like they should have a reserve just for that). My case quit charging the earbuds unless its plugged it. I wish I could just buy a replacement case.

It works great! I bought it refurbished and it definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro! Better noise canceling, sound and better design as well! It does work with older models such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The case fells so nice but can easily get scratched if left in pocket with car keys and other hard objects. Battery life is not bad at all, as both buds can last 2+ hours or more, even if you you use it longer and the battery dies out, it charges super quickly. The case should charge the earbuds 3 around full battery cycles, more or less. I've read reviews about the bad comfort from the Buds 3 so I chose this one, refurbished. Good as new!
