My daughter has been in hospital for 2 months now and unable to walk until now and until buying this flask she has had to press the buzzer for a nurse whenever she wants a cup of hot water to make tea... This has made such a difference to her as she can now just request a flask of hot water that will last the day without disturbing the nurses too.The water stays really hot for hours and she is very happy with it.The flask is very robust and comes with an outer cup and a small white one inside of that. We haven't used the cup which is also insulated but it is a good size. The only 'fault' I can fi d with this item is to advise users that the 'handle' on the cup should not be used alone... Hold the cup in the palm of the hand and a finger to sturdy it as I thanfully discovered when it was empty that you cannot hold the handle as it is too short and d slippy and fell straight out of my hands onto the floor a so didnt expect tha to happen. If this was full of hot liquid it would have scalded. The handle is designed to slot in line with handle which I sa great handle by the way but the handle is not suitable to be used alone.Also you get a strap you can attach to the flask which leaves you hands free if needed or when walking... A great idea. The flask is award winning and I can see why apart from the handle but that is probably my fault never having used this type before.. Just be aware of this when using.There is a 2 year warranty with this flask.I can highly recommend this flask and is a super price too.

I've had this flask nearly 2 years...fill it twice a day every day...Absolutely brilliant. No leaks..just the same as the day I purchased it.I fill it at 5pm and when used at 4am it's still extremely hot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FLASK

Love the size of this flask, works well too... The bad points... The main cup has an awful handle, especially with big fingers... The spare inner cup has no handle and is too flimsy and flexible to really work out.Also, the main flask handle, although comfortable to grip, feels strange as you pour... Makes you feel like it's going to fall...

Lovely colour and design, looks and feels sturdy and robust too. Has metal inside, no glass, I have broken so many flasks before but think this one will last me a lot longer. I tested it out, no leaks and kept water really hot after an hour, cool to the touch on outer exterior. I like the handle, it is comfortable to touch and isn't too small for me as I have small hands, bit hard to pull it out but I'm a bit weak but I got there. Being a small fit with the handle will help prevent me from dropping it as it feels more secure. Don't know if it impairs the taste of coffee etc but I will just use it for hot water and make a cuppa with my aeropress so it's fresh coffee in case of power cuts etc. I like it a lot, a lot.

Was given this a present, its a monster of a flask. Approx 6 plus cups out of it. It keeps the tea hot for hours. Left tea in it for 10 hours and it was still steaming. Pre heat it first for the best results. Big enough for soup too and has a small bowl under the cup when fitted to the flask

Brilliant flask, take it to work and it keeps my coffee hot for the 8 hours

Bought for my husband as a replacement flask as his previous thermos flask had doubled in price,this flask is just as good.

I've has two of these. Both failed within six months. I wish they hadn't as I don't mind the design. But one or other of the plastic collars will fracture in time. I've gone for a classic Thermos as I don't like having my time and money wasted. This is only about the fifth review I've needed to write in my long life, so that will give you an idea of how disappointed I am with this product. Return system after three months is a pain, so I'm also out of pocket x2. Third time (product) lucky perhaps?
