I received my book and the plastic seal had been removed halfway. Someone had clearly just opened it and put it back in. Makes me doubt the book is new

The content of this book is quite good. But what I discontented with is that, the delivery has been postponed over 12 days, and that is totally unacceptable due to my urgent need.,
