This tape made to mount heatsinks on computer components in place of thermal pads. It won't work well for other things

you can try,i use on window and it working good

How do yo get the blue side off without damaging the tape??

The only way I could remove the blue film was using the tip of an exacto knife. Poke the blue film near the edge and lift a small section of the blue then pull the rest off. Took a couple tries to get it.
