Very low grade metal
I bought this 5inch knife thinking it was like the other Level 5 tools I have but this one has a plastic handle instead of the rubber like the other set I have. I was mixing quickset in my pan the first day on the job with it and both corners of the blade got bent. The metal in this stainless blade is so soft that both corners got bent from mixing mud in my pan. Very soft and flimsy steel. The knife literally lasted about 15 minutes..
