Nice Rocker Plate. Works well with road bikes or recumbents as you can see in the photograph. I have been Zwifting on my recumbent and road bike. The short wheel base recumbent fits on the rocker plate well and I like to ride it because it has a triple crank with low gears since I have the resistance setting on Zwift set to 100%. I have climbed Alp du Zwift and Ven-Top with this setup. The recumbent seat is much more comfortable and I prefer it on a steep ride especially when I know I am going to be in the saddle for a while. The plate allows more side to side movement for a more natural road ride feel. The rocker plate is expensive but still only half the cost of other competitors. Comes with everything you need to set it up and setup is easy. When coming out of the saddle on a road bike the side to side movement is more comfortable than being locked in place. I have a Tacx Neo 2T smart trainer and it fits well on the rocker plate. I have never liked indoor training but the Zwift App and the KOM Cycling Rocker Plate makes indoor training enjoyable. I would purchase again.

Definitely changes the experience of riding indoors for the better. Easy enough to assemble. My floor is a bit uneven and getting this to level isn't entirely straightforward, but doable. The packaging protected it on shipping but seemed a bit wasteful/excessive. Kind of expensive for what it is when you consider that the actual parts included. Makes me wish I was handy enough to make a diy version.

Purchased 02/2022. The Rocker Plate is well made and arrived without damage (packaging was a little dinged up but not the Rocker Plate). Set up was easy. Encountered no problems and have had zero issues since using. I usually ride 6 days a week with some rides up to 2.5 hours, but now that better weather is near, I will be riding less indoors until fall returns here in Colorado. IMO the Rocker Plate is seamless. It has made my training even more realistic and therefore more enjoyable. Has also helped save my derrière. My trainer is a Wahoo Kickr Bike and I use the Rouvy app (love both!).

I had excellent support from Trevor at KOM. He gave me the information I needed to confidently order the rocker plate. The device is great. It makes stationary riding more realistic and comfortable. My favorite thing is when using the Zwift app, I can lean into the curves like I would on the road.Oh, and it came much quicker than expected!

More engaged with the ride in general. Core activated more than before which makes indoor training more entertaining and comfortable. I was able to put in a longer ride than normal immediately.Solid build, minor tears in box at arrival but no damage to unit.I'm only giving 4 star because the cheap pump they send to inflate the balls with broke on setup. The needle snapped off so I had to wait a day to head to the store and get a ball pump, because all i have is presta pumps.

I have owned my KOM rocker plate since December and have put over 3600 miles on it. It has held up perfect and I have only added air once to the balance balls since setting it up and that was when I upgraded from the Kickr Snap to the Kickr V5 to get everything rebalanced. Both trainers work well on the rocker plate. The Snap just barely fits but it secures down fine. It takes a couple rides to get used to the motion but then it is the best thing ever. I can ride on Zwift for hours and not get the fatigue and butt soreness as you would in a hour with a static trainer. The rocker plate also allows for hardcore sprinting while keeping your trainer in place. Great investment.

Set up was easy. Have barely had to adjust anything in almost 2 weeks of use. Eases discomfort and generally adds an element to your indoor riding. I’m still on a Kickr Snap wheel-on trainer, it secures it perfectly in the back and gives you enough straps and options to lock down the front legs securely as well. I paired it with the Smart Sterzo to be able to steer in Zwift races, and there’s definitely more interaction and just plain fun than ever before.Not to mention KOM said they warranty the plate, so any major issues would be taken care of I believe.My only suggestion - wipe it down after each session and put a towel down to catch some sweat, center of the plate (and get a sweat guard for your bike).

1. It took about an hour to get it unboxed and setup. Inflated theballs to 30PSI.2. Initial ride was a planned easy one, no issues. I found I couldforce a lean to the opposite side of the downstroke but it took concentrationthat detracted from pedaling hard.3. Second ride had a planned threshold interval of 1 lap around Watopia'sTick-Tock route. I broke it off after 10 minutes. For this interval when my Cycle-OpsSuper Magneto Pro trainer is on the "Road" setting I have to shift totop gear in the big ring. Pre rocker a cadence of 77 RPM would keepme in threshold range. Using the rocker under the same settings Ihad to bump the cadence up to 81 RPM to maintain the same power. I feltsome fatigue in the obliques and adductors I don't get when the trainer isin a fixed position.4. Sprinting is way off. Going to back off on the PSI on the balls some tosee if that helps.5. I may block the rocking motion entirely for interval work. It's still new to though, it might take some more getting used to

It came super quick. The finish and quality is is quite nice. Really easy to set up and get going. I was very impressed.

El Rocker plate está muy bueno, en calidad de materiales y tamaño. Mandan 4 pelotas para tener 2 de repuesto en caso de que se rompa alguna. Mi único comentario es que no está tan bien empacado y llegó un poco rayado de una esquina, nada grave como para tener que regresarlo, pero creo que lo podrian embalar mejor. Llegó antes del tiempo estimado y si cambia mucho la rodada con los rodillos, aligera la carga.
