Works well (after 5 mos).
These no longer have the same heft as the one's from our youth, but it works well. I have fiber-to-the-home, so my landline doesn't operate on a copper-based legacy phone system, but rather, its VOIP-based. The ringer has two settings for volume, and there is button on the handset that offers three sound levels. I've had it for a almost 5 months and have had no issues. I changed out to a longer cord but that's about it. I'm very happy with it. My friends get a kick out of seeing the "old style."

Old school reliability for the win!
I've owned this "batphone" for almost a year now, and it's been very good to me! I've had 0 issues out of it. I don't get very good cell phone reception around my house, which is why I still use a landline. I can hear it ring across the house without any problems, and the audio quality is crisp and clear! It embarrasses a lot of the smartphones today. Old school analog for the win!!!Sound quality:AmazingFunctionality:It always works, even if the power goes out. Unless you connect it to a modem that requires power from the wall.Dialing speed:Very fast, once you get used to it.

The Hillbilly
Purchased this for Church security. I like it because it will continue to work even with a power failure. That is important for security.

Solid phone
I bought this for our rarely used land line and call it the hotline phone. My grandkids love calling on it! Works great; can’t believe we used to remember phone numbers before the invention of the cell phone.

Light doesn't work
This is our second phone. The first one was returned because the light didn't flash. The light doesnt flash or light up on the replacement phone either. Clearly a defect in the product.

Phone light 🚨 doesn't flash
Set up phone for my mom. Phone rings but the flash light for incoming calls don't flash. Moms in a nursing home so I just can't send it back. It's not that simple.

Who You Gonna Call? This Phone!
Who You Gonna Call? This Phone! We picked up this red landline phone for our small business because it gave us serious Ghostbusters vibes—and it totally delivers! Not only does it look awesome on the counter, but it works perfectly too.Great price, crystal-clear sound, strong connection, and that classic RIIING is just the cherry on top. It’s been a few months and still no issues. Honestly, it's both functional and fun—every time it rings, we feel like we’re about to save the world. 👻📞💥
