MR.SIGA Magic Eraser Sponge for Walls, Scratch Free Melamine Sponges

Had lost all hope getting our Howdens matte kitchen cupboards back to its original finish ever since they have been installed - nothing worked, no special matte sprays, hot soapy water and scrubbing made any difference and made it look worse so we lived with it for years until I discovered the magic sponge and thought it couldn't hurt to try. It is fantastic and I can't recommend it enough for anyone else experiencing the same issues! As described, just wet and clean then dry off with a microfiber cloth - I can now look at my kitchen again without wanting to cry! The sponges will disintegrate after soaking up the grease but one sponge did our whole kitchen cupboards and it's well worth the money. Why howdens don't recommend this themselves I don't know because their "methods" do not work.

My wife absolutely loves these erasers for removing scuff marks, crayon, and other little blemishes from our walls without causing any damage. We’ve tried other products that promised no harm but ended up taking off paint or leaving smudges—these, however, do the job gently yet effectively. My Mother loves her magic erasers and was always using them, I never took any heed. That is until I had my kitchen redone with mostly white and creamy countertops, and stains were starting to happen that our usual cleaning cloths and sprays were not lifting. Enter the magic eraser, and I learnt I had been totally sleeping on a magical little piece of sponge. I feel like there is nothing these wont clean better and easier than anything I had, and you only use water on them. Our counters, marks on the walls, seriously greased on oven glass, cleaned with half the effort. Our bath had some marks I thought were permanent, these things lifted them! Magic. I bought these as I like the Siga brand cloths and have since found them locally so I have repurchased. They are a bit too expensive to be using every single day, as I feel that once you use them, you can maybe only use once more if you are lucky. They do disintegrate rather easily. That's not just this brand, but all the magic sponges I've tried. I cut them in half to make them last a bit longer. Would recommend them.

One of my white upvc window sills was covered in quano, which is next to my bird feeder. It looked terrible. A friend used a pressure washer but it left stained marks. I saw Mr Siga eraser sponges, thought I had nothing to lose & worth a try. I couldn’t believe it, the guano came away with ease & the final wipe with the sponge left the upvc gleaming. I would recommend this to anyone.

These eraser sponges clean well and are effective on kitchen and household marks. They remove dirt easily without needing extra cleaner. However, they break down and crumble quite quickly, even with gentle use, which is disappointing. Because of that, they don’t last as long as expected. Overall, they work well but could be more durable.

I can not recommend these enough. With 3 little ones under 5 years old. These sponges are amazing and I use daily. They can clean anything….from trainers, walls - especially when someone draws on them! Units and ovens for general cleaning. I’ve not come across a stain that they can’t remove yet. If using the same sponge excessively they can break however overall in my experience they are very durable and provide great value.

Sponges come in a cardboard box. Arrived quickly and as described. Decent enough value for money but you can pick these up in the shops for cheaper (we live a 30 min drive from the nearest shops so don't mind paying a wee bit more for convenience) These are melamine sponges. typical magic sponge, I prefer the elbow grease ones that have a proper bit of sponge in the middle but these do the trick. If you use them on an abrasive surface or press them too hard into the surface they can leave crumbly bits everywhere. Press the water out of them with a flat hand rather than squeezing/wringing them or you'll break them apart. If you're doing a small area it is better to cut the sponge into pieces and half the thickness of the sponge as well. Great for getting greasy marks off things like stove/counter tops. Useful for cleaning up spills or dried on food on vinyl tablecloth. I use this to keep on top of the kitchen sink between doing a proper clean of it. Can be used to get light scuff marks off of walls/furniture. Good at getting bathroom scum off but limited use at getting mould off grout/tiles if it has really set in. Useful to give shower screens a quick wipe down so that water marks and scum don't build up. I've seen people use these to get dry erase markers off whiteboards to varying successes.

I buy a lot of things on Amazon. Few do I review unless I'm really impressed. These little sponges are totally amazing! Worth every penny too! 50 sponges for $16! I'm sold, so much that I bought another package. I cleaned my baseboards of stains that I though only painting again would correct. I cleaned the walls, doors, and grease off the stove hood. WOW! Wet the sponge with water only and watch those stubborn stains disappear. I can't figure out how they work exactly, but they are amazing! The sponge would start to dissolve while I was cleaning, which is to be expected. Sometimes it would leave little eraser type ends behind, but you can vacuum those up easily. I would definitely suggest buying this product. You won't be unhappy with the results!
