Only getting 1 star because there ISN'T a ZERO star. This thing is a JOKE!! Don't waste your money. It is so incredibly flimsy that I doubt seriously it will hold up getting the canopy on the frame! They don't TELL you, but the frame tubing is an inch or less, and whatever you do, don't put any stress at ALL on that tubing. Ordered the 10X30, received the 10X20. You really need a human helping at ALL areas where there is a 'join', just to keep the frame from twisting like an uncooked pretzel.Really IS awful!!Not to mention the fact that the price DROPPED over $30 from the time I purchased it 'til the time it arrived. Thanks loads! A horrible deal at 25% higher than this, to boot.

The product is a waste of money. As soon as we put it up a light Breeze took it and bent and broke all the poles and Joints. Don't waste your money.
