The Finder: The Complete Series

"Wanted - someone to find another series of Finder!"
It's a pity this only lasted one season - really enjoyable. I would have liked to see Saffron Burrows continue in the role of Ike Latulippe (from the Bones crossover/back-door pilot), as I don't feel Marshal Isabel Zambada (Mercedes Masohn) was as good a character. Yes, some of the stories may have been a tad daft, but that was the overall joy of the show - Geoff Stults as Walter Sherman and Michael Clarke Duncan as Leo Knox made for engaging heroes and the subplots involving Willa Monday (portrayed by the talented Maddie Hasson) stirred the mix nicely.

Amazing series
I am a lover of Bones series and had no idea The Finder even existed until recently. My friend who I introduced Bones to found this series online and bought me the DVD series for my birthday.I absolutely loved this series and so wish they would make another one. It was funny, easy to watch and was such a delight to see. It will of course be difficult to make another series without Leo due to the passing of Michael Clarke Duncan, but so wish they would try to make another series!!I would highly recommend and ask people to keep their minds open as they carry on watching. Each character has a story behind them and they play so well into the storyline.

Enjoyable U.S. TV Show That Only Survived One Season
Be aware that these DVDs are meant to be played in drives configured for 'Region 2'. If you understand what this means then you likely also understand what you'll need to do to be able to watch them if you're elsewhere in the world. If you don't understand what this DVD Region business means then it might be best if you don't buy these DVDs.The series was made in 2012 and it only lasted one season. It is about a former U.S. Army officer who was injured by an IED in Iraq. He has no visible physical injuries but the entire show is based on a strange mental ability that he gained as a result of his injuries - that being to find virtually anything. The show is mostly a comedy with some of his methods of finding things appearing very simplistic and there are vague inferences sprinkled through the series that his brain has mysterious powers. (A running gag in the series concerns efforts, by various groups, to prove that the finder is crazy but his ability is so useful that he someone manages to keep at his work.)The series has some 'cross-over' episodes with cast members of the series 'Bones'.Most of the episodes take place on one of the Florida keys (that apparently doesn't actually exist) at a small bar/restaurant owned by one of the small group of friends who support the finder.Every episode begins with someone showing-up asking for help in finding something. I found some of the plots rather questionable but there is good chemistry between the cast members and I was left with the feeling that it would be fun to be traveling through the Florida keys and stumble-upon that bar/restaurant.

El Encontrador.
Spin-off de Bones, donde aparecieron 2 de sus protagonistas, e igual que aquella basada en una serie de novelas. No la editó directamente Fox, y sólo está en ingles con subtítulos para sordos.

Brilliant, Charming, Fun
A great series terminated far too soon by the death of Michael Clarke Duncan. Great writing. fine acting and a wildly interesting premise supported well by the charming, quirky cast. We loved it when it was being broadcast and we love it more on DVD. Highly recommended IF you have a player that shows UK format DVDs. This series is so good that it would be worth buying one.

A funny series to sit back and enjoy
A great series by the guy who gave us Bones. Too bad only one season. The main character is paranoid and genius, taking special cases and solving them in his own way. With Michael Clark Duncan in a great supporting role. Just relax and enjoy.
