It did what I needed.
Used this product to have the toggles on a vintage duffel coat repaired. Looks great and as strong as the original leather straps. Very pleased.

Good looking and strong
Looks great and is proper leather - not reconstituted rubbish. I ordered 2m and actually received 2.5m so no complaints on that score. One slight issue is quite a big notch/nick in the strip about 1/3 way along (reducing the width to about 1.5mm at that point) - it will be a point of weakness and will limit the continuous length I can cut. I need to cut 2 x 1m lengths and won't quite get that even though more than 2m were supplied.
