The product is very easy to set up and it comes with the correct batteries so you can use it straight away. It is light weight and compact and is perfect for being out and about or at home.I found it much easier to use than the traditional children's thermometers where you have to hold them in the ear for a number of seconds - my little one never allowed me to do this and it was always a struggle! This one is much easier to use and it gives you an accurate reading within seconds of scanning either the ear or forehead.I liked the fact that I didn't have to faff around with the hygienic covers too like some thermometers, it makes it much quicker and easier to use, especially when you need a quick reading. I just wiped it down with an antibacterial wipe after then dried it and stored it away until next time.I love the fact that the screen turns a different colour dependant upon the temperature. It gives peace of mind straight away or lets you know that you need to seek further medical advice. It's very reassuring as when your little one is ill you don't always know what is an acceptable temperature or not. I also like the fact that it can be used to give a room temperature, perfect for checking on your little ones room temperature.Overall, I'm very happy with this product and I would definitely recommend it over other thermometers as it's much quicker and easier to use.

Both of my small sons have recurrent ear infections which sometimes results in a fever - I bought this ear/forehead thermometer after seeing that they have colour coded lights as I sometimes get confused which is graded as mild or high fever. So green shows that it is normal temp, yellow shows a mild fever and red shows a high fever, which helps greatly!I wouldn't be without my thermometer after trying last two thermometers and I am happy to hold onto this! It comes with clear instructions which I found it helpful. Thanks for the fab product!

Rubbish thermometer. Not worked properly from the word go as bought before my baby was born and only used it when I needed to check her temperature and it showed a massive difference in temperatures even though I used it correctly. Checked on myself and my husband and still a massive difference in temperatures. Seems I am unable to contact the seller! Worth paying a bit more for a better branded thermometer.
