Ratchet & Clank [DVD] [2016]

Good movie for me , brings back memories from childhood and my first PlayStation.

Not quiet the same as the game but a great film to watch with the children 😁

Well paced, amazing cast, good visuals and an engaging-enough storyline.A few well done gagsplus it was overall faithful to the source material.

Great re imagining of the og story imo I see the flaws and it’s mainly ratchet being too nerdy and ratchet and clank becoming friends too fast, but I really enjoy this film a lot! And recommend to any fan with an open mind. Nefarious is always a win and drek looked amazing.

Although this film was panned by critics i really don't see what their issue is with this film. As a big Ratchet and Clank fan I've played all the games since the original (except All 4 One and Q Force) so I may be quite biased with my review of this. It's definitely a faithful adaptation from the game even with the fresh reboot paint, maintaining the humour and vibrant aesthetic that made me fall in love with the series almost 15 years ago. If you're a big Ratchet and Clank fan then I can easily recommend it, as for casual fans of those who aren't too into the Ratchet and Clank universe then this probably won't entertain you like standalone animated movies will.

I remember playing ratchet & clank when it first came out. With that said while the cast was good and they did keep the basics from the game and a few good laughs it goes down hill from there. I was unimpressed with the story line I feel it took away more then it added and I personally feel it made no sense to have the betrayal or having ratchet join the rangers basically at the get go. They could have done much better with the whole thing, this turned into a movie I was angry for not being able to see at the movies into a movie I was glad I did not pay over £6 for let alone spend £20 to see it at the movies.

I have to admit - I approached this film with much trepidation after the critics trashed it. BUT... I have three PS consoles thanks to this franchise, so I had to give the film a go...And it's really good! Almost certainly it will make more of an impact with people familiar with the games, but as an enjoyable family film with plenty of laughs I really recommend it. And it's mercifully free of bodily-function-dependent humour (which is starting to become something of a rarity in modern action films).And if you like it, try the games:)

I actually enjoyed this sat more than I expected! Bought it for my husband for Christmas as he loved the game when he was younger and it was actually quite funny! Lots of silly jokes to make young kids laugh but to be expected from this kind of film. I'd definitely watch it again!

Muy buena película animada, para mi gusto es el complemento perfecto del video juego en el que esta basada para Ps4 (que originalmente es un remake del juego de Ps2) , la calidad de imagen y audio es excelente!Tiene audio en español latino en DTS.Muy contento con la compra ya que no la había visto en formato físico.
