Disney clock as expected .very colourful and whacky
Bought this as daughter is having an Alice and Wonderland special party .Read bad reviews regarding Bradford Exchange customer service so decided to buy from Amazon .Very pleased so far .It seems to be well made .Very Disney which we wanted .Nothing broken but still in the box as the party is not until July .

Mad hatter clock
Terrible we only had it a few months and the mouse stopped coming out the Cheshire Cat did not sound like a meow. Was not made very well for the price

Build a bear speakers are better
My wife loves this clock! So why only 1 star? Well:After using for 1 month the mouse that appears makes a horrid clicking noise that goes on and on and gets worse over time. It’s now that loud you can hear from upstairs at 4am!The sound is terrible, build a bear has a better sound speaker!Emailed customer service again so await to see what they will do. But gutted!

Poor quality
This product that was fairly expensive, turned up in polystyrene taped together with no outer packaging. The fixings attached to the back of the clock were loose and it almost dropped off the wall! The speaker is very tinny and the sound is distorted. Very poorly constructed. I bought this for my wife who loves Alice in Wonderland. It looks good on the wall but the sound feature is something that needs improvement.

Loved the overall design. For the price a little disappointed when delivered. Packaging a little bit unsure as only came in polystyrene....but on a whole loved it!!
