Good product
Bought two of these for our marching band mics. Made a world of difference on a windy day. It's only been one season, but I expect we will get a few more seasons out of them.

Dulls the sound more than expected, but works.
Fits well over the Sennheiser MKH 416, but noticeably duller. It's a bright mic, so it's not as bad as it would be on a darker mic.

Not what you expect
This is a cheap knock off. It arrived squashed in plastic. The quality deadcats can't be squashed into a third the actual size. I'll keep it and see if it works at all. With Rycote deadcats, they can easily handle 20mph winds but I highly doubt this will.

A little misleading
Maybe I read it wrong but I typed in rode mic but didn’t fit not bad quality though may have to buy mic that fits this. Lol
