This is very strong picture wire and getting the wire links really helps give a good quality & secure finish. Just be aware that because of it's strength it is almost impossible to cut with standard wire snips. I actually bruised my hand I had to press so hard. Totally my own fault, not the products. But, I advise having a good strong pair of wire cutters. This will also mean you get a good finish at the cut, which will make life much easier threading the wire through the supplied securing tabs.

What can you say it’s cable, just the job for picture or mirror hanging

I tested this by putting it in brine for a few days and it came out without a hint of rust. I have yet to load-test it but for small static loads (hanging baskets) it's performing as expected. I had to drill a hole in the plastic spool to keep the loose end of the wire in, but other than that it's a good product.

I didn't realise this one doesn't have aa PVC (clear plastic) wrapping. Make sure to check which one you are buying. I prefer the PVC wrap as it grips better when clamping it.

..or in this case the reel. The cable is supplied on a small drum, tightly wound. Removal is easy, but be aware that as it is tightly wound you could soon end up with 30 feet unspooling before your eyes. The supplied crimping clamps are a nice touch - they tidy the free ends and keep the wire neat and tidy. I haven't tested the breaking strain, suffice to say it will be more than strong enough to span between fence panels to grow climbers etc. Well worth buying turnbuckle strainers to get the tension correct. Service and delivery were speedy and efficient, and value for money is very good
