Simply The Best!
I have to say that this is the best fondant I have worked with. It was easy to knead and roll out. Covers cakes beautifully without tearing or resulting in any 'elephant skin' dry patches. The taste is nice and subtle, not sweet and sickly like some other fondant products. The black fondant rolls out and covers with no patchiness or colour fade. I will use it again and again. It is worth every penny.

Best fondant
Best fondant I have used. Flexible no ‘elephant skin’ and it rolls really thin too. Works well with tylo powder too.

Massa Ticino is hands down the best fondant I've worked with. I will never use another brand again! Super easy to work with, no elephant skin, good taste, just awesome over all.

Very impressed
This is wonderful sugar paste...pricey compared to the others but gives a lovely smooth finish. Apparently it also tastes better, not so sickly as the usual brands.
