The Best
Love this door even more than the chicken guard I originally had installed..The anti pinch system is a big seller for me, which is missing from the chicken guard..A solid door, easy to install and an app to easily program opening and closing times.

This one WORKS!
I live in Ireland so it's not extremely cold but it's wet. This door, however, hasn't had a problem at all. We've been through a winter cold snap of -6 and two storms (not too mention the usual rain) but the door has kept going. It's not fully exposed as I have it under a part of the run that has polythene over the top, but it can get wet and is certainly taking the frosty weather. I originally tried a cheaper brand of door and was extremely frustrated. The cheaper door opened and closed perfectly in my kitchen but wouldn't work as soon as it was damp or chilly.So I'd definitely recommend this one even though its that little bit more expensive.

Great design
Very well made. Good clear instructions. Our old popper was wider, so we just cut a hole and fitted the door into that.

We love it
We bought this over 6 months ago. We were not sure if our chicken will get used to going in the house regularly. Now 6 months on we love this. Chicken get in and out just when they need. We do not have to go out all the time open and shut them.

Essential to every chicken coop
An essential to every chicken owner. Very easy to install and set up. It opens and closes according to sunrise/sunset. The company, run-chicken have been amazing- even after several months they were on hand 24/7 to assist with minor technical issues which were resolved very quickly. Highly commended customer service and great product. A must buy.

Stopped Working
Initially worked ok then stop working, despite changing batteries etc & considering there are cheaper versions out there I would not recommend this product - keep well clear

Works a treat.
Been operational for about a month with no issues.Easy to set up and does what it says on the tin.

Works but infrequently- seems to do its own thing
This was easy to install and set up and did work for a few weeks, but after the first frost seems to work randomly mainly at night . Had frost mode on but doesn’t make a difference- opened and shut constantly when frozen for about an hour. Now keeps shutting early and when trying to get the birds in shuts every 20 seconds then seemingly knows when they finally go in and then won’t stay closed? Was happy with how the product was working but since these errors am worried it may malfunction and leave birds vulnerable.
