it does not charge fully.
it does not fully charge - despite leaving it charging the whole night, it only charged up to 3 green bars + 1 bar half-green. Therefore it only lasted for 10-15mins of using. Also, the bottom lock does not lock so the head spins on it's own if you hold on to the handle and not on the head itself.It would have been a great product if not for the above points.

Product Poor Quality and Customer Support Improvement
I charged the device for over three hours but only operated for about 15 minutes before the battery status indicator turned red. Despite leaving it plugged in all evening, it continues to display a red light and will not power on. I'm uncertain whether this issue stems from a defect in the product quality or if another customer previously returned it due to similar problems.While I appreciate the convenience of shopping with Amazon, I have encountered significant challenges with the refund process for defective products. While the platform seems quick to process payments, the response time for refunds could be much improved. As a long-time customer, this has been my first experience with such delays, and I believe that streamlining this process could enhance customer satisfaction. I hope to see improvements in this area to better serve consumers in the future.
