Fantastic 'add-on' tool!
Good quality & well packaged. As expected a speedy delivery. These stair stops work well with carpenters frames and speed squares alike. Makes a speed square or framing square super fast removing doubt and errors in repeated marking off. Highly recommended. However, I wouldn't take the health warning on reverse side too seriously since it says "The State of California considers..." Who cares what the State of California think lol

Johnson Level & Tool Stair Gauge Clamp
What can I say. A pair of Stair Gauge Clamps. Well made solid construction. Saves a lot of time and effort when used in conjunction with a framing square. If you have a lot of repetitive marking for cuts at a set angle then a set of these is the thing for you.

Getting the job done right
These are the perfect price of equipment for repeated angle marking out Roofs and stairs. But I keep mislaying them. Have had many in the past.

These items are of exceptional good quality but do require a good quality steel square to be of use, I recommend the Stanley roofing square along with the book "the steel square" woodworkers essential.

Elegí esta valoración porque es una enorme ayuda en múltiples tareas en el ámbito de la carpintería tales como marcar zancas de escalera, los ángulos de las vigas y largueros en tejados,etc. El producto es fuerte y no hay que andar con el entre algodones, se lo recomendaré a mis compañeros de taller.

Die beiden Winkelanschläge sind sehr schön verarbeitet und man kann Winkel bis ca 5mm stärke damit bestücken. Hab mir mal welche aud einer Stahlmutter selbergemacht und damit den Winkel ruiniert. Messing ist wesentlich sanfter.

I needed to replace the stairs on my home and I looked up how it”s done by pros and learned about these items. I calculated optimal “rise” over “run” for the first time and attached these brilliant accessories to my framing square and was able to quickly trace out the number of steps and then cut them out as demonstrated. Highly recommended!
