I had to ask for a replacement for this. The watch is not new and came with sticky marks and stains. Disappointed with Armani. I hope the replacement is a new watch in mint conditions, as it should be.

I ordered three of these as gifts for my groomsmen and they arrived a couple days later. The watches themselves seem nice (although already ticking, which I thought was odd) and it will look great with the suits for the wedding. The outer boxes, however, we're scuffed and dirty, as were the instruction manuals. I know that I haven't bought these for the boxes but as a whole package that will be given as gifts, first impressions matter and I'm afraid that my first impression on seeing the boxes was 'fallen out back of van'.
