A versatile all round useful set
The files are good quality & well made. The soft grip ergonomic handle is very comfortable. A versatile all round set to cover a variety of tasks. Two negative points result in losing two stars. Firstly, like most file sets, there’s no storage wallet. Files are sharp, cutting tools & should be stored in cases to protect them & other tools. Secondly, the handle is a push fit to the files & can work loose when the file is drawn back. A threaded design would be better.

A very good basic set of files fit for any tool kit.
I have to confess... I'm "old school". Nutin' wrong with that (or so I'm told), So when I was looking to replace my file set (thank's to my rotten rat-fink Son... rain and metal don't mix) I was set on one file/one handle PER TOOL (like I said... old school). I think I need to update my thinking cause there is nothing wrong with these tools! I admit to being a bit nervous, loose/break your one handle and you loose 4 tools... but that just means, "A place for everything, and everything in it's place", and NO LENDING TOOLS to my Son! Handle/file fit is good without movement, files sufficiently abrasive... They're files folks... they "file". Over all, a very good basic set of files fit for any tool kit.
