Pros :-- Good Quality product-- Easy to cut (jigsaw with metal blade will do the work).-- Looks good after the install.-- Easy to reinstall if you make any mistakes.Cons:-- Toughest part is to install the balusters with the Swivel Shoes that comes with the product. Not easy to get them leveled when adding to both ends of the baluster and takes lot of planning and measurements when installing on angled area.-- Single Basket balusters are not straight on both ends, so shoe does not fit in straight line on the staircase.-- some cases you will need construction adhesive/glue to avoid Swivel shoe socket from moving and making wiggling sound.I would suggest to go with balusters and not use Swivel Shoes that comes with it if you want to complete your project faster.

Great deal for DIY enthusiasts. Our house look updated now and costs a fraction of what it would’ve cost if we had the professionals come. It does take time to cut and adjust but you’ll get the hang of it if you have the right tools.

No covers nor caps for the attachment points to the handrail or base rail. Hardware (screw heads) exposed with no solution.

Still haven't received these balusters after a month, expected delivery showed 4 days after ordering but tracking says running late but on the way. Pretty disappointing since I ordered them to replace a wood panel in a gate for a more open look.EDIT: After contacting the manufacturer, a new set was sent immediately and received promptly. These balusters are beautiful and work perfectly in my gate, giving my garden a high-end update. They are very sturdy and easy to install, well painted and a nice weight. A definite recommend.
