We have two 100# German shepherds. This dog door is used constantly by them. Love it. One of them is in heat right now and we put the sliding dirt in to keep them apart. The male ran so hard to get to her he crashed into it and broke it. I have no idea how this is the most solid door you can imagine. I Corte to their service department and was immediately answered by Darianne. She was awesome and they are sending me out a new door today. Wow!! That is service. You guys have a fantastic employee - thank you Darianne!!And yes - my dog is ok - a bit sore but fine!

Got the XL door for our GSD. Very easy to understand installation instructions. All aluminum frame is so much better than the plastic frame door it replaced. This really should be 'the last dog door we buy'.Used the pop rivets to install and worked great.

We purchased the "heavy Duty" dog door for our two 50lb pups. This door was installed in November. By the end of February all three screws had broken the tiny piece of plastic that held the door in the frame. With such hard plastic the for the "heavy duty" door there wasn't enough flexibility for the dogs to actually use it without breaking the plastic. Pictured above is the door that has fallen out, the tiny screws and tiny space the screws hold the plastic in, and the final picture shows how plastic is there to hold the door in. You can see the small amount of plastic for the screws to hold on to. I would not recommend this product or the company. When i asked about durability and why it was called extreme and heavy duty the customer service rep. stated those are simply product names and do not reflect the durability of the product.

Took me a bit longer than I thought it would...but I was installing in a steel door that already had a smaller door in it...all in all a sturdy pet door that I had no trouble installing. Instructions were well written and accurate.

The flap doesn't seat against the door (it bulges just a little due to expansion). The gap is only in one place and is minor... but it's big enough for flies and skeeters to cruise right in.Other than that, I am pleased with the quality and functionality of the door. Gave the pups access to a nice warm place during the winter.For what it's worth, we bought the single flap version.

Great magnetic flap! I bought extra large, but it’s way too big. Only order for HUGE dogs. An adult could fit through it, which does worry me for security reasons so I keep the panel door on it and locked whenever possible. I am very satisfied with the product!

Everything is good as far as instillation and durability but the gaps with the flaps and poor magnets do not seal off very good so air comes in and goes out easily. Also if in direct sun it’s like a furnace you can feel on the inside. Not very weatherproofing!!

I run a kennel and I am looking at different products to see what is the best for our facility. so far we have not had an issue with this door. I wish there were other ways to mount the door but all in all not to bad.
