As a powerlifter, I'm always on the lookout for the best preworkout supplements to help me get the most out of my training sessions. I decided to give it a try, and I have to say, I was blown away by the results.First of all, the flavor of this preworkout is amazing. I've tried a lot of different preworkouts in my time and many of them have a really artificial, chemical-like taste. This pre on the other hand, has a unique blood orange flavor that tastes natural and packs a kick. I look forward to my preworkout shake every day just because of the taste.Of course, the taste is just a bonus - the real reason I take preworkout is for the energy and focus boost, and Violence definitely delivers on that front. Within about 20-30 minutes of taking it, I'm already feeling an intense surge of energy and focus that lasts throughout my entire workout. I have a lot of trouble with mental fatigue during long training sessions, but with Violence, I'm able to stay laser-focused and push through even the most grueling workouts. Have had Violence for about a month and it hasn't failed me in a single workout session.I also really appreciate that RevSci is transparent about its ingredients and dosage. Many preworkouts on the market are quite vague about what's actually in their formula, but this pre lists all of its ingredients and dosages super clearly. This is important to me because I like to know exactly what I'm putting into my body and how much of it.In terms of value for money, Violence is a complete no brainer. Provides the same if not better levels of energy and focus as some of the more expensive labels on the market that I've tried. Plus, a little bit goes a long way - one scoop is all I need to get through even my longest training sessions which speaks to the effectiveness of the dosages.Overall, I'm extremely impressed with RevSci Violence preworkout and will definitely be continuing to use it as part of my supplement regimen. For context, I am 21 y/o male who goes to the gym for about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, I progressive overload and train till failure so my workouts are pretty intense. For 180mg caffeine it's definitely a lower stim pre but still just enough to get good and decent lasting energy without being over stimulated. 3g of citrulline is decent but 5g is preferred, it says 6g citrulline malate which is usually 1:1 ratio with hd being citrulline and half malic acid. It is extremely sour but I like it. The flavor wasn't great at first but I'm almost done with the first container and it's really grown on me. I actually enjoy the flavor now, it's really refreshing too, I only do about 6oz of water which is a good amount, plus I add my own 5g creatine and another 3g beta alanine so you might only need 5oz of water. Artificial flavors and sucralose/ace-k aren't the best ingredients but besides those it's pretty good. No food coloring too. I mainly wanted to try because of the funny name but after I checked the ingredients I thought it seemed decent so I have it a try. Really glad I did, the other pre's have a bit too much caffeine and my heart notices that, but this one is just the right amount of caffeine to not give my heart any aches or anything like that. If it isn't enough caffeine for you maybe you should try lowering your tolerance, if you only have this and it's not enough at first, I'm sure your body will adapt overtime and you should feel the energy more as you have it.

I was looking for a cleaner product with less caffeine that still works, which is hard to find, but this is definitely that.I feel great pushing hard in the gym and don't crash after. The one thing I don't like is the artificial flavor listed.

I appreciate the dosage and transparency. It really does taste delicious. I wish they had bigger options. I could never really tell the difference with or without but the gains have been there since starting so that’s promising.

Only complaint is that the flavor may be a bit strong but it’s not bad by any means. Besides that, the focus is strong, motivation is strong, pump is good, and there’s enough caffeine to get me going without being too much. Since I’ve gotten this product, I ordered a couple other products that I can’t wait to come in and try!

So overall it is a decent pre-workout, the flavor is average, definitely not the worst I’ve ever had. Nice tingle but not jittery. The only problem I really had was about the half way point when I couldn’t get my hand into the container anymore. Keep in mind I don’t have the largest hands in the world, medium maybe a large in gloves.

This stuff is great. All the right stuff in it and makes my workout intense. Tastes good but would still take it if it didn’t because of the ingredients. Hope it stays around a long time.
