While it did not come with even the slightest documentation, I was able to find some thanks to reviews of similar products that gave a link. Bottom line, the pulse output is 4% slower than whatever you set. If you don't have a scope or frequency meter, good luck trying to set it. In my case I need 123 Hz. Since the settings are in RPM and Pulses per minute, I need 7380. PPM is divided by 10 so that gives RPM = 0.1 and PPM = 7380, supposedly. The motor turns slower and the scope says 118 Hz. I need 7795 PPM to get 123Hz to my driver. Screwy. Be aware.
