essential little pitcher, for those who want latte art
Got the tip from an Australian barista in London, who swears by steaming small. This little beauty does a great job of not heating two quickly, and letting the milk swirl while you let the bubbles in to form micro foam.Fill little less that half full with cold milk, put the wand down the spout just under the top of the milk, let the milk swirl, and then after you have about 2/3 a pitcher in volume, move the pitcher such that the wand is in the middle and now get the milk very warm, et voila.Very nice for latte art, and especially pouring a flat white.

Great milk jug, and speedy delivery
A great piece of kit, great for steaming milk. I have an espresso machine at home and it works very well with it - great microfoam, and easy to achieve a swirl in your milk (not something easily achieved with home espresso machines). If you're used to massive cups of coffee, this jug might be slightly small for you, but for those smaller cups of coffee (closer to flat white size) it is perfect!

Well made
Very well made jug, and contributes to much better microfoam. It is fairly small, you'd never get two cups of milk from this but thats not a bad thing.I like that it is short as there isn't much clearance under my Gaggia, however I'd probably go for the next size up if buying again. My only dislike is that the sides are a little too steep for me and this is the reason it gets 4/5, I'd give it 4.5 if I could.

Excellent
If you want to pour latte art and have a normal pitcher this will make so much difference. It is also a bargain price, I think I will be buying the 500ml pitcher to go with it.

Just the right size for a single, large cappuccino
This pitcher holds 12 ounces when filled to the brim. It is exactly the right size for a single, large cappuccino. It is made of heavier gauge steel than my other two pitchers (one that's too large and one that's too small). The stainless steel appears to be excellent. I doubt that rust will ever be a problem. The handle seems to be appropriately sized. I didn't have any problem with it. It is welded on with four spot welds. The welds look like they'll be perfectly adequate for the occasional fall to the floor. My smaller pitcher has only three spot welds and I have had no problems with it in the many years I have owned it.Altogether this is an excellent pitcher that is the perfect size for me.Update, one year (almost) later:The handle is still firmly attached to the pitcher, in spite of a couple of falls. Still no rust either.I have bought a new cappuccino maker that makes a larger shot. As a result I now need to froth more milk than when I bought this pitcher, so it's now just a bit too small. I have switched back to my larger, 18-ounce (filled to the brim) pitcher. I am keeping this smaller one to use with my old cappuccino maker in our RV.Apparently, this one is either just right or too small, depending upon your own style of coffee making. If it's the right size, you won't go wrong with this pitcher.
