This item is great for your front door! I placed mine on the exterior and through all of the rain that I have experienced lately, it has made it through. Upon arrival it did not have any issue with laying flat despite being rolled up. The color has not faded or worn out. The size was perfect for my door as I do not have a large porch and only enough space for pretty much this doormat itself. If you have a larger door than the standard 3’ door or have a larger porch I would probably look for something else, but outside of that, this product is great and so far seems very durable.

The May came with a small rip— I glued it to save the trouble of returning it. The color faded and the material shed. It stained the deck as well.
