So, the sizing on these are a little messed up, maybe it's common with waist trainers?Long story short: this is sized based on the smallest size it can make YOU, not where you're already at. And I bet it's a common mistake, because magically the ONLY size not available through prime is... Medium. :)Anyway, I put it on the first time, cinched all the way. It felt medium-tight for a minute or two, then kinda normal. I definitely need to go down to a medium.All that said, it's pretty well made compared to others in the price range, and doesn't "show through" very easily... So, it conceals your rolls, and your clothes conceal the belt.Like all waist trainers, the benefits come through regular wear. I could see myself wearing this all day - if I didn't have to return it for a medium. ;) This is, in no way, a CORSET, though, so the product is misnamed. A true corset is about taming your shape NOW, this is about convincing your body to adopt a new shape over the course of days/weeks.

First, I didn't exactly buy this product for it's advertised purpose. At 5'5" and 140 pounds, I'm not especially concerned with trimming per se'. But with the rigors of my job, I am always looking for the least expensive and least uncomfortable option for some modest back support. My job is very hot and humid and demands 12 hrs on one's feet combined with regular lifting. And with nothing, I always end up with a mid-back ache by half way through my shift. I hate the bulk of standard back support belts and have so far been teying various types of shape wear to provide some flexible light weight support. But always found them to still be somewhat hot, sweaty, and either inadequate or cumbersome. This is my first experience with a girdle type design, with ribs and hooks instead of simple Velcro or zippers and I'm still getting used to that aspect. But it is already the most comfortable and functional product I have tried for my intended purpose. And the fact that it definitely does provide an unrestricted yet modest level of slimming, for me, is just a plus. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and would only add that I second the context of a previous review I read, that cautions to order for the size you desire to be under the constraint rather than whatever you measure naturally. I generally buy size 30 waist jeans, or 29 if I can find them, and I ordered the small and the fit is perfect for me.

*Note: I only wore it once for 8 hours on Christmas.*Pros: Fashionable, breathable, lightweight, compressed nicely for a slimmer appearance, supported my spine and posture.Cons: The steel boning pinched my skin at four points: 2 upper under my arms and 2 lower on my hips on both my left and right sides, creating skin pain, marks, deep bruising, and nerve pain that extended to my hands for a few days.I'm hesitant to try it again. Maybe I need to wear a shirt underneath it to cushion it? But that seems counterproductive.

I like the product. however, looking for a post lipo garment that needs to be super tight I had followed the sizing chart. The sizing chart is accurate for the most part for non post lipo buyers. I ended up with a MEDIUM to suit my post lipo compression needs. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the aggravation of buying this item 3 times for proper compression fit that I needed post lipo surgery. I understand that this garment is a womens garment there for the need to go up in size... I found that for post lipo you really need your true size for a tight compression fit. I highly recommend this garment at the 2 month mark post lipo for those seeking to rid themselves of their full length faja.

First of all, will it make you skinny? No. But it makes you stand straighter, provides back support, and disperses your "lumps" well. When I wear this product under a suit for work, I get complements on the suit and how good I look in it. I do want to point out, there is a reason the model is posing raising his arms. With arms down, you will have "spillage/man boobs". Fortunately, under a button-down shirt, it will look like you have awesome pecs! Under a tight tee, though, it will be obvious you're wearing a helper, so plan your wardrobe accordingly. Bottom line, I have ordered this product multiple times, wear it when I want to look and feel more put together, and order another one when it wears out. I really like it.

I'm 6'2 and about 185 lbs and got this in a size medium. I have an average build, (waiste 32) with some fat in the love handle area and let me tell you this thing really sucks it all in. There are three sets of hooks that vary in tightness. I use the smallest hook set, which is very tight, but still breathable. I was very worried at first because i felt any subtle movement would make the hooks snap, but I've spent hours in this thing, moving every which way and it has stayed perfectly in-tact! If you feel you're in between sizes, I would actually go with the smaller size if you really want to see a difference. It will look very intimidating and way too small at first, but the material is very stretchy, and is supposed to be very tight fitting. I actually plan on ordering this in the size small to see how small I can get my waist to go.

Ok guys ! I’m so serious READ THIS ... my waist size is a 33 and my weight is 160 pounds and my height is 5’9... I had listed this information as a question originally to purchase a size and I was told a medium... but after reading the reviews I cancelled my order of a medium and purchased a large instead ... THANK GOD I DID. It fits PERFECTLY. I’ve had it for about three days and I’m already starting to cinch down to the second setting and I’m so proud and excited about it. I’m so serious look at think exactly what size you should need and then get one size larger !!!!! Besides that this is a GREAT product so far only been 3 days like I said and I can already see a difference in my figure but you have to make sure you change your eating habits as well or your results will take longer to obtain.

I did take my measurements and matched it with the provided scale for this product. I received it yesterday, way too small. I would need probably 2 sizes bigger. Product seem fine for the price, but I cannot possible test it. A bit deceived. If you only measurw the waist, you are screwed, it goes up to under the pectorals, which are usually bigger.

The metal stripes on both sides. The ends dig in my side, very uncomfortable. After a few hours wearing, I had to remove it.

Is it a corset? No. Is it shapewear? No, I don't think so. Fabric is great, quite similar to nylon blend fabric that is used for swimsuits. However, if it doesn't support your body and doesn't give you a shape there is no point to use this product.

this product dose not match up with my hernia problems.your other product that I bought works great.thanks
