If you've never taken it before, start with just a few drops (2-3 drops in 8 oz. of purified water) maybe twice a day. Gradually over a week increase drops to 8 drops per 8 oz. of water. I agree with the others who answered. The recommended amount is 8 drops in a cup of water 3 times a day. So, 35 to 45 days is about right. The best buy for this is on Amazon when you purchase 3 bottles. Main thing is just check around on the Amazon site. You need to stay with it through the 3 bottles to get the benefit, I feel. I don't have a condition that needs "repair" but I do also agree that once you start and stay with it, you will want to continue.
