Missing strap
Beautiful bag but it clearly states that it comes with an adjustable removable strap so the bag can be worn cross-body, this strap is not included with my delivery. I only ordered the bag because it has the cross-body option. I would like to the receive the strap asap?

Lovely colour and high quality
I bought this bag for my sister who loves it, she uses it for her laptop! The leather was really high quality and had loads of pockets.
