Works wonders! I was purchasing a much more expensive product and the company from time to time just continues items and waits a while before bringing them back so I had no choice but to search for something new and I am so glad I found this product. I have battled acne and eczema and other skin irritations most of my life and now as a 47-year-old woman I am very careful with the products that I put near my skin and I have to say that this product works even better than the more expensive one I was buying. I’m so happy I found this. My skin is loving it! I’ve been using it for over seven months now.

Ok it may smell like old people, but it does it’s job! I would prefer if it weren’t scented. Overall good product but make sure to moisturize

Fantastic acne treatment. I am an adult fighting very oily acne prone skin since puberty. This product works. I used Proactive for years, when they changed the formula some years ago it failed to be an effective skin cleanser for me. I found the Claridad line about a year ago and it has been wonderful. I love their products and how they help control breakouts. My skin is not as oily and I don't suffer from the painful chronic acne that was so embarrassing. My teenage son uses it with great results.

I really do like the face wash - my acne is not as bad as it once was which is why I will continue to use the face wash

This is worth every penny...not just a discernible difference between this and other products, but a complete order of magnitude in reduction of breakouts. I was using Neutrogena (sp?) and how at least five blemishes at any time...i have had maybe 6 or 7 total in 3 months. Fantastic. It will dry you out, so make sure to get the moisturizer.

I've been waiting quite some time to write this review. I have pretty bad back acne. I saw the mixed reviews but thought I'd be one of the lucky ones who benefitted from this wash. I got the product a little over a month ago and wanted to give it some time. You can't just buy something like this and expect magic to happen right away - especially because everyone is different. It destroyed my skin the first week. But I thought maybe my diet or stress was making my bacne worse, not just the product. I have it time. It dried out my skin so bad I was itching like crazy. I tried moisturizer, showering with colder water, and many other things to assist this product. But it's been quite some time and, in the end, my back is worse than when I started and I'm very sad to say that I have some additional scars because of it. My back acne is something that really affects my confidence and everyday life and I had really been counting on this to make it a little better, but it really should not be used without careful consideration and perhaps consultation from a medical professional. I give it two stars because it does dry up the skin and would therefore benefit some people with light acne, the price is nothing crazy and it is impossible to produce something that helps all skin types, but I do regret purchasing this and I'm kicking myself for getting my hopes up.

First, this wash is complete garbage. I've used BP meds for years and I have no idea why I decided to give this a go. It along with the Claridad gel made me breakout with cystic acne, and caused massive irritation.Second, I work in CPG/pharma and have some very serious concerns about the "Claridad" brand and their claims:1) Credibility: After some lengthy searching online, I wasn't able to find a single shred of credible information about AMJ Skin Research or the "Claridad" brand. Google only returns this Amazon webpage, along with some other unknown ecommerce sites listing this product for sale. No website, no business registrations, and zero proof that AMJ Skin Research had "originally developed (this) for physicians and dermatologists through clinical research" as they claim in their bullet points. These kinds of claims must be backed by studies/surveys that can exceed $100K+, and if they could be substantiated, these studies would be readily available online. Beyond sketchy, this is borderline fraudulent.2) Quality Control: AMJ Skin Research aka "Claridad" also claims this is a "medical grade acne cleanser", however I can't find either company or brand name in the FDA database. I work with many contract manufacturers in the U.S. who must comply with federal regulations or face huge fines, and registration is the very first thing that must be done in the compliance process when using an ingredient like benzoyl peroxide. If this company hasn't even bothered to register, I have serious doubts that they've conducted the mandated 3rd party testing or received the required certificates to ensure no pathogens or contaminants are inside the bottle. For all I know this was made and bottled in someone’s garage. Do you really want to be putting this on your face?To top it all off, the bottle's cap wasn't sealed properly and destroyed the other items in my Amazon delivery. Not exactly the "luxurious" experience I paid for. Also smells disgusting.Lousy product and sketchy company. I've reported them to Amazon for deceptive marketing and false claims.
