Dreaming Way Tarot

such a beautiful tarot
I admire the artwork in this deck SO MUCH! As an artist I prefer the hand drawn decks, but I don't click with many, or find them very well done, but the artwork in this deck is just adorable. I love the way the artist has drawn the figures and the clothing is so cute and kitsch I love it. Really there's nothing not to love about this deck, and I found it easy to connect with straight away, its easy to read, I love the colours and the cardstock is good, maybe the tuck box could be a negative but I'm not bothered, the quality of the deck more than makes up for that, just get it!

Very cute, nice shuffle
These cards are so cute! Great shipping services from Amazon! I haven't done a read with them yet but they have a refreshing feel! The size of the cards is good for me! The only thing that kinda bothered me is the storage. The box is very tight and it makes taking the cards out and putting them back in difficult..I moved them to a piece of cloth so I can use them easier..

It's not for you, Jen
It's not that this is a bad deck, but once I got it, I realised it wasn't for me. Some of this is down to the illustration style, which I decided, on closer inspection, was a little off by my standards--the anatomical distortions were both too much and too little, so that we have quite a realistic look but with limbs that stretch and twist and distend oddly. Often in ways that look skeletal, in a fashion industry way. What really surprised me though was the strange garishness of some colours. Cheeks aren't flushed, they're hot pink. A red or orange pops in a way that lifts it away and out from the muted backgrounds. The cards also feel kind of flimsy, thin and cheap. They're certainly not silky or luxurious like some other decks (the Smith Centennial for instance).I know a lot of people who love this deck, and some of the cards are undoubtedly strong (Death is very Emily Dickinson chic), but it's not for me. I'm going to be looking for someone to gift this to.

Thumbs up for the author, thumbs down for US Games
Nice card stock. Great artwork. 10 stars for the author. I have Dreaming Way lenormand from the same author as the artwork is so lovely and dreamy.However:- The "Us Games" credit printed on every single card really annoys me and destroys the astmosphere.- The box is way too tight to open and take the cards out.Hence, 3 stars only

My favourite deck.
Based on the RWS deck but with the designers own slant on them. This is such a pretty deck and so easy to interpret, very clear, colourful pictures. I feel that they would be good for any level of tarot reader. I have many tarot decks but at the moment this is my favourite to work with out of all of them.

Dreaming Way Tarot.........review by Janine
This tarot deck has the most beautiful illustrations, and I found it easy to use. I would recommend this deck for intermediate level tarot readers, or collectors. It's not usually the case that such haunting images are displayed, and this effect is enhanced by those where the fabric illustrations or the background are chequered, and so draw the eye further into the card meaning.~I liked them a lot........

Gorgeous deck
and affordable too! Images have the feel of a vintage storybook. The cards are a tiny fraction bigger than other decks might be. They are laminated and sturdy, of amazing quality that can withstand many readings without showing any wear and tear. Fantastic work.

Really well illustrated & well thought through deck
Very attractive to look at but also very in keeping with tarot meaning with it's own style. As a collector I am not always looking for decks that will be easy or good to read with but instantly know whether they could be read with & these get the thumbs up.
