Q: How big are the capsules, are they easy to swallow?

Suitable for adults but I would not recommend for kids under 11 as they will find them a bit big to swallow. They are smooth to take down with water. Size equivalent to taking two medium sized tablets in one go

Q: how long do these capsules last after opening?

Once opened, use within 6 months

Q: Is Omega 6 good for you? I've seen conflicting advice.

I am not an expert so all I can say is I have had no side effects in past 2 years. That being said I do not think my omega 6 intake via natural sources is excessive. I take this for CoQ10 as well. My advice would be that if you have any concerns talk to your doctor or just take the Eskimo fish oil with Omega 3 only and if want CoQ10 benefits take a separate tablet.
