These work great but I wish they weren't so hard to swallow. I'm a person who can take a handful of pills at one time. With these I have to take one at a time and even then they get stuck. I'll continue to take them because they help with my sleep and legs. Please fix your pills so they are easier to swallow, ty.

This product I started taking the day after I received it and today when I went to get a pill out a empty capsule fell out. I looked at it and thought what is this then I realized it was just the outside cover of a capsule. These pills are not cheap and there shouldn't be any empty capsule where I'm not receiving my 90 capsules in the bottle.

I honestly think this magnesium has been helping with a couple of health issues that I’ve been having. Muscle aches, fatigue, energy and mind fog. I feel like it’s helped a lot with my inflammation and energy

Works great. I have always been someone to use Laxatives once a week. Now, I don't have to take them anymore.

I am perimenopausal and have been struggling. I was so close to getting on hormones thinking that would resolve my sleepless nights. I workout 5 times a week and normally this helps me sleep. Not so much. I bought these because I saw them on TikTok and wanted them sooner than their shipping time. These came really quick. I took two and omg 😳 diarrhea within an hour of taking and then awhile thereafter. I thought nope not for me. I decided to try it again with one capsule. Nothing. I was able to sleep but at 5 am I was running for toilet. LOL I tried it again and this time nothing. I was able to sleep through the night as well. I would recommend these supplements.
