Looking to see if anyone has tried these on glass cups? I'm looking for one that is permanent and can go in the microwave and dishwasher. Thank you!

The paint is definitely not permanent; it chips off with medium effort when it's applied to glass. So I can't imagine that it would hold up in the dishwasher.

Is this weather proof?

For the most part. Sunlight will eventually fade the color, especially the red. Will hold up to some rain. Better if used on the inside of glass. I use it as a border on some of my windows and it looks like stained glass. Very beautiful. I redo the colors every three to four years, as I live in the desert with lots of sunshine.

Is the paint translucent?

It is not translucent when wet, only once it dries...

Can you mix to create other colors with this paint? Also, is there a special solvent, or do brushes clean with water?

You can create what ever colors you want. I used purple and put white in it, used it put more white and so on. My shelf is 1 of a kind, just like I wanted it ;-)
