My picture frame came today scuffed all over. The frame has scratches everywhere and a black scuff mark! Looks like it was drug across the ground then sent to me. Ridiculous.

I received my frame today (Sat., Feb. 24, 2018) and this is how it came out of the package!! Broken!! Unacceptable!!
