The golden state art frame is lovely, the glass is strong,but, some of the clips on the back to hold the picture in place were broken off, managed to use the rest that were there to hold the picture.

I was very impressed on the quality of these picture frames. I had gone to a local store to get a price on having two pieces of art framed and matted and it was going to be $120 each where I only gave eight dollars for the art. I saw these frames and thought I would try them to see if they would work. I went to my local store and had mats cut for the frames and I have a grand total of $45 with the two pieces of art, frames and mats where is going to cost me $240 if I’ve had the other company to frame them not including the art work. It it does look very professional, and I would highly recommend the frames, and I plan on purchasing more.

Frame looks great. The back tabs are the cheap metal ones you have to bend. I prefer the nicer, rotating clips.

Great quality and looks amazing on the wall. It came with good sturdy package too.

The tabs in the back are strong and Rhee frame is very nice—both the wood and the finish. Sturdy and well jointed.

Museum looking frames are sturdier than I thought they'd be. Love them for my oil paintings!

I recommend this frame! I've purchased several frames from Golden State Art in the past, and I remain pleased with the quality and pricepoint. This particular frame has real glass (as opposed to those cheap frames with plexiglass that are all other this site) and an intricate pattern that isn't too busy. It is also painted well and has a thick matting, which makes it look more expensive.Most of my decor is more modern - clean, thin lines without the moldings on my frames - however I purchased this to display a magnolia needlepoint that I found in a thriftstore. I felt this older-fashioned art piece needed a more rustic frame. I stretched the needlepoint across the cardboard backing, secured it with a little tape and the strong metal clasps, and it turned out perfectly!
