100% recommend. We keep these stocked at the house for grandma, she has dementia so sometimes forgets to drink. When we notice a decrease in diapers we give her one of these, they work super fast. She loves the taste, great value for money, easy to use and good for keeping her hydrated at times when she doesn't drink enough water.

Didn't notice any difference
I tend to have stomach issues and like to keep pedialyte around during those times so I don't risk getting dehydrated. Usually when I drink pedialyte I notice a difference in around 45 minutes or so where I feel more energized and clear headed. I didn't notice that with this bottle. Don't think I'd buy again.
