Shampoo/conditioner
I used this this morning and my hair feels thick,it has a nice smell. The conditioner wasn't like all my other ones It left my hair feeling much cleaner not a lingering conditioner that makes your hair flat.Ill have to review in a few weeks to see if it helps with shredding,I lost no hair in the shower,but I did have fall out after I combed it. I have very long hair but suddenly I'm having a lot of shedding. I'm hopeful with this and my hair vitamins it will help I recommend this I like it.

Good stuff
Why did you pick this product vs others?:First one came open and it leaked. Contacted my app to let them know and had a new one by next day and told me to keep the first as well. Thank you and great customer service I appreciate it. Love the product so far as well.

It's good!
It's really good, but I must say that if you have alopecia, it won't work completely for you. For alopecia, you should go to your dermatologist or trichologist so they can treat you according to your needs. This can help, but not completely. In my case, I'm using Minoxidil, and it's working for me. If you don't have any condition, this can be very good for you. It has a pleasant smell and texture, and the cost is low compared to others.

It Works-issue with packaging
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It works! I’m seeing new growth after quite a few years after chemotherapy. Only issue was packaging for shipment. Top was partially open and leak out in box and on other products I ordered.

Great Company
My shampoo opened in the box traveling to my house. Amazon didn’t put a seal on it or wrap in bubble wrap. What a mess. I reached out to the manufacturer and they took care of the problem. Highly recommend Viviscal for helping in this situation. And they stepped in very quickly. Thank You

Left hair felling dry
Not so sure about the shampoo, made my hair feel really harsh, wasn’t as nice as the conditioner. Not sure if I used too much but I didn’t like how my hair felt after. Not sure I’d buy this again.

Caution for those with Curly Hair and Scent Sensitive.....
Honest review here.....This could be because my hair loss is mostly hormonal and we have thinner hair in my family on both sides. I attempted use of this product twice a week(I have curly hair) for 3 weeks and I can't go longer.THE SMELL: I would compare it to men's cologne, I am not one for scented products to begin with, but this has to be the worst smell for a shampoo/conditioner and it is really powerful. I attempted two other products to mask the smell but my husband who has a huge nose and great sense of smell could pick up on it.TEXTURE POST WASH-My curls were so flat and my hair looked really dry, I did my normal styling and I had to wear my hair up after use.HAIR FELL OUT-I don't know if it was this product but after each use in the shower I would pull way more hair clumps out than usual. Noted you will always have shedding with wash but this was significantly more than use with my other shampoos.I am going to continue my search for a good product to help with my hair thinning, I hope it is different for you but if you have thinner curly/wavy hair I would not recommend.
