I’ve been a fan of Alba body lotion for years. Natural ingredients, rich and luxurious moisturizing with no oily residue, and long lasting. I add a few drops of essential oils like lavender and cedar to give it my own unique scent that doesn’t clash with perfume or colognes. Highly recommend this product and this company.

I have really picky, finicky, sensitive, hard to please skin. I live just south of Boston, winters here are very dry. I've tried many different types of lotion including the fame Cetaphil (recommended by PCP) and Cerave (recommended by colleague that has rosacea), Jergens, Goldbond and Neutrogena HydroBoost etc.. Well, none worked. I don't have body acne, some made me broke out like crazy. My back, my belly, my arms and shoulders. Some were too greasy, some were too light... Some hits all three problems...Long story short, the lotion I had used for 4 years stopped making them. So I had to buy a new one. Needless to say, there aren't many to choose from as lotions are mostly scented. I saw this, I like the price, I like it the amount I was buying and doesn't have scent.I LOVE THIS! I hope Alba Botanica never change the formula and never stop selling them. The lotion is in a pump bottle, pumps out white and thick. It says it's not scented, it really isn't, it smells like... closest I can come up with is Greek yogurt.The lotion spreads very easily, dries quickly and it will stay put. I slather this on every other night. After 24 hours, after rowing and sweating like crazy. When I take a shower, I can feel the lotion coming off as the water hits my skin.This doesn't trigger body acne. I don't use it every day, If our winters doesn't suck moisture from skin, I won't put lotion on at all... Any way, I've been using this every other day for over a month. So far no body acne, no pimples.It's also not greasy or waxy for me. The lotion is creamy, I don't feel the oiliness. It's not watery like the Aquation lotion I used. Definitely thinner compare to Vanicream, and this also spreads better and dries quicker.Highly recommend! I hope this will continue to be produced forever ever!

This has been my go to product for years. I like the ingredients, the performance, the scent, and it never irritates my sensitive skin. What I haven't liked over the years is that the pump works for 80% of the container and the remaining 20% I have had to throw out. I did mention this to the company and they were very appreciative. However with my next container, no matter what I did the last 20 or 25% stayed in the container. It seems that the pump action does not work for some reason. The straw is long enough to touch the bottom of the container. When I spoke with the representative she said that they don't recommend cutting the container open. I thought that was odd and probably in response to other people having raise that issue. I went ahead and got a widemouthed refillable pump bottle with a widemouth at the top. I was delighted to have three of the containers of the product all with about 25% of the product at the bottom. I carefully cut the containers open and went ahead and just spooned the product into the widemouthed jar. To the bottles filled the widemouthed jar and I just went ahead and screwed the top on and I have now another container of the product! Now that's how you pepper a steak! If you are a fan of the Alba body lotions I would suggest that you buy these bottles and make sure you are getting your full monies worth. The product is outstanding.

My wife and really like using this lotion. This product is great for keeping our skin healthy, moist, and smooth year round. Alba Botanica is fairly viscous and the only issue that you may have is removing all the lotion using the bottle pump when the bottle is near empty. You'll likely have to remove the bottle pump and tap out the lotion at the bottom of the bottle until it's empty. My wife doesn't mind doing this, however, I think it's a bit of a hassle.We ended up buying this jar like container in the following link ( https://amzn.to/4hr5u1Q ). When the original Alba lotion bottle is near empty, we take off the pump and turn the bottle upside down and just let the lotion slowly drain into this smaller bottle.While the Alba Botanica lotion is very good and we use it all the time, I also like a custom oil mixture that my wife blends for me to use especially in colder months.She mixes up one part jojoba oil ( https://amzn.to/40vF34b ) and one part sweet almond oil( https://amzn.to/40qYj2S ) and then adds a few drops of essential oils like frankincense ( https://amzn.to/3PQQRcr ), oregano ( https://amzn.to/4h6wALW) and geranium (https://amzn.to/4aD1iKb).I really like how this oil mixture feels on my skin in the colder months and it keeps my skin looking healthy and vibrant. Of course, you can make your own oil mixture, but this formula is simple and it works great.
