Did nothing but leave a disgusting taste behind.

This product was taken in its entirety and no changes at all, it doesn't say how many packages or months are required to see a difference, but I can only comment that for me it had no noticeable effect and the test of sage can repeat on you.

If you are thinking of buying them , don't. Complete waste of money.

Seems to be working so will buy again

Only took them for a couple of days since purchase. Did hold off sweat at first and did prolong the sweating compared to when I’m usually out, but wore off after around 4 hours and my skin went back to normal. Would have to continue the rest of the month to fully give it a go, but not too hopeful. Felt like it made my temperature drop to lower than normal but then the sweats started so had the cold sweats which was quite uncomfortable in a suit all day!

They simply don’t work
