Belffin Modular Sectional Sofa with Ottomans Velvet Reversible Chaise Sleeper Bed Storage Seat Grey…, MD-S-1

I purchased the sleeper sofa - 3 configuration in Navy Blue Velvet which comes with 9 seats, 9 backs, and 9 pillows. The versatility of being able to adjust the configuration at ease based on your need is phenomenal, the velvet is soft and beautiful, and the kids and I love this couch both for comfort and aesthetic appeal. I specifically chose this model because of the adjustable arm/backs allowing a bit more of a reclined angle when having movie night and I have no regrets thus far. I know some have mentioned concerns with stability of the arm/back over time but unless someone uses it outside of it’s intended use I don’t see an issue with stability. That said, one of the huge selling points for me on this couch as a parent of 2 children who also has 3 cats and 2 dogs, is the ability to purchase individual sections if something catastrophic should happened that I couldn’t resolve with a good cleaner. This includes the ability to purchase replacement arm/back sections without buying a whole new couch if one of the kids abuses the existing one and breaks it. I don’t anticipate this, and would expect Belffin to replace if it were a manufacturing defect but with kids accidents do happen at no fault of the manufacturer and being able to replace specific pieces without investing in a full replacement gives me piece of mind. Assembly is minimal, simply attach the feet (twist on by hand), and attach the connectors for the back/arm unit with the provided screwdriver. Speaking of - I absolutely love when a manufacturer includes ALL items necessary for assembly, Belffin had a full size screwdriver in every box, and as a bonus each screwdriver can be flipped from phillips head (used for assembly) to flat head. It’s the little things like this, along with a quality product, that I appreciate and make me come back to a brand time and again. That said, I do have three minor suggestions for Belffin, one is shipping related so may be entirely outside of their control but hey it’s worth mentioning. 1st - Please add some handle slots to your boxes, my shipment came with 9 middle units and the size of the box made it extremely awkward to get a good grip without handles. Disclaimer - I am a 40 year old woman, though 5’9” so my arms aren’t particularly short. 2nd - It would have been wonderful to have these boxes delivered closer to my door. UPS delivered all 9 boxes to the middle of my driveway, on the side of my house, roughly 75 feet from the closest entry door. This is certainly what prompted the recommendation for handles on the boxes. I fully expected to have to get the boxes inside on my own, but I did not anticipate carrying 9 - 52lb boxes that distance to reach the door. If the shipper could ensure delivery within 10 feet of an entry, handles may not be quite as necessary, but since you were thoughtful enough to include quality screwdrivers, I thought you may appreciate the feedback and consider adding reinforced handles. 3rd - Last is just a suggestion for accessories to offer. When attaching the feet I wondered if other furniture feet would also fit - I think having the option to purchase alternate foot styles is something consumers would appreciate as the style of the couch is very versatile and swapping the feet would elevate the look even more. I’d also love to see a tray or “table” accessory made to fit the dimensions of a seat/ottoman. I can purchase a generic ottoman tray easily, but would love one fit to the dimensions of my seats. Recommendations aside, we love this couch and I am so glad I made this purchase!! Thank you Belffin! I’ll update with a photo shortly.

First off the couch is stunning, I got the blue and it is a dark navy blue. Very neutral and will go with many decors. It really is easy to set up in any configuration you like and the storage is a 10/10. You have to have a couch anyway so why not make it double useful with some storage too! I do wish the storage was a little more spacious but I can't really complain, you can fit a pillow in there, or a few board games or toys but you get multiple seats so the storage adds up! So far it seems fairly easy to wipe clean. I have two cats and it shows their hair a lot and I have had to vacuum it often but it vacuums really well. My cats do scratch everything(sigh) so far it doesn't snag which is great because my old couch did, but it does leave like cat scratch grooves, I try to buff them out with pretty good success but they do still show a little. Still an improvement on actual snags. As for firmness, it is somewhat firm but I actually don't mind it and still find it quite comfortable for lounging. Hopefully the firmness keeps it from sagging for longer. I do take the pillow off completely as a like a deeper seat and I think the "back rest" which is really an arm rest is very comfortable to put your arm on. With the pillow on it does feel a little shallow. Not a deal breaker but definitely more shallow than without the pillow on. I bought two memory foam twin mattress pad toppers to make a king bed basically(I bought an extra ottoman so I'd have 9 total to make a proper bed.) and my guests thought it was awesome and they slept great. Not sure how they would have slept without some extra cushioning though. But I love the versatility of it being a couch and bed with just a few quick adjustments. The real shining star on this couch though has been the customer service. I'm not usually an overly needy customer but I did email the business multiple times about different things and they were very attentive and helped me out when other businesses probably would have said tough luck. I have already recommended this couch to some family members and I really love it. I would buy it again for sure.

I rarely write product reviews, but I like this couch so much I am compelled to let others know how versatile - and what a great value this couch is. First, because there are no arms on any of the pieces, you can configure it in a variety of ways to suit your space or your needs. When we first put it together (which took a couple of hours by the time we unboxed, read the directions etc.) we used a full pit configuration which was really fun for lounging around for the holidays. We experimented with taking out two inner sections, one we used as an ottoman in our dressing room and the other we were able to fashion into a chair/window seat. Second, every single section opens up to provide a massive amount of storage for blankets and extra pillows. This also provides an unexpected advantage when it comes to cleaning. We have a dog so when I vacuumed off the couch I could get down into the crevices very easily. Speaking of pets, while the cushion covers cannot be removed for washing ( but the back pillows can) it vacuums up really well and seems to resist stains. Third, I really like that I can adjust the back sections of the couch. Fully reclined the piece has a more casual look while all straight up looks more formal Overall I would say this piece of furniture is a very good value as it feels like a quality piece of furniture. The only caution would be to those who prefer a very soft, cushy couch. This couch is more firm but still very comfortable in my opinion.

I was looking for a sectional and didn't really have time to go to the local furniture stores and honestly didn't want to be pressured into buying something that wasn't right for my needs. Found this beaut and read the reviews. Ive only had it for a week, but it is beautiful, sturdy, well sewn. The material isn't thin so my dogs can jump up and down and I'm not worried about holes. I did find blue blankets to lay on the seats because the weather has been wet here, but over all, I wouldn't worry about any damage. Came in 9 boxes, 2 deliveries. It was very easy to put together. Has cool brackets to connect each peace and the reclining feature is awesome. Each piece has storage. I have even slept on this and it is very comfortable, possibly more comfortable than my memory foam mattress. It's soft, but not too soft for sitting and watching TV. Big enough to seat the entire family, but not bulky looking. I think this is probably the most impressive Amazon purchase I've ever made.

Very nice couch, it is sleek and compact, ideal for smaller spaces but still comfortable. Being able to move it as needed but also securing with the provided hardware is great, very easy to use. The extra storage is a huge plus, we store blankets for snuggling on movie nights!

The pieces are super easy to put together, the dye lot all matches. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The seat cushions are a bit stiff for my liking, I hope the wear in some and get softer with time. Its not uncomfortable but its def not squishy cozy. There were some spots with minor flaws but not enough for me to deal with a return. I should warn you! The fabric keeps a perfect impression of your cheeks when you stand up! Lol so thats not my favorite but it is comical. Could be embarrassing with guests over though

This is my second experience buying a sectional off Amazon. After 8 years, I got tired of the other one and stumbled upon this little gem. Purchased this a year and a half ago as a 7 piece set: 5 to make a complete sectional with armrests and 2 ottomans for a daybed option. No regrets. I love everything about it. DELIVERY Was super easy. All pieces shipped via FedEx and they arrived on the same day. Everything was there and no damage. I prematurely contacted Belffin customer service because I thought one box was missing. They responded super quickly and it turned out all was there after all. SET UP Super easy. I'm a middle aged lady and assembled this by myself. Everything you need is included, down to the tools. Instructions were clear and helpful. APPEARANCE It looks really nice, the light grey is a classy looking color. I couldn't stop touching it - very smooth and velvety. :) USAGE I live on this couch and spend several hours a day on it. So I had to be sure it was comfortable. And it is. It's not too firm and not too soft. If a section with a lot of use gets a little softer, it's easy to rotate another piece into its place. I have no kids but cats and the couch is no worse for wear. Love the storage space under each seat. Happy to be able to adjust the armrests and back rests to the angle I want. The tilt mechanism works perfectly, you just have to follow the instructions. Once you know how to use it, it's second nature. I haven't had to wash anything yet and my back cushions are still in top shape despite the felines snoozing on it frequently. QUALITY Overall speaking the quality is very good. Especially if you consider the cost. The materials and craftsmanship are above average. Try and buy this setup from the closest modular sectional competitor - Lovesac - and you'll be out 4 grand easily. If I had any improvement suggestions, it would be to make the seats a couple of inches deeper. Beyond that I love this sectional, it's perfect for my townhouse. As a tip, if you feel it's too firm to sleep on, get a topper. 6 of these pieces make a full size bed and a full size topper fits perfectly. :)

We’ve had ours for 5 months now. Took me weeks to decide on a couch. Glad I chose this one. It fit my needs and preferences perfectly. It looks high end and sleek. The green is a beautiful color and the velvet feels really lovely. We love the storage and moving the pieces around is easy. Love that we can buy more pieces if we want (which we recently did). Guests are comfortable sleeping on it. It’s firm in the beginning but softens over time without sinking or losing its shape. Worthwhile purchase. Only downside is pet hair tends to stick but it’s easy to brush away.
