I really don’t know, I was going to try it for a friend but didn’t get around to it. The culture itself is very robust and if anything would work, it would.

My yogurt is very runny after 12 hours in yogurt maker, does this mean the bacteria is no good? I used 1 litre full fat milk in a yogurt maker

Heat the milk to 85C . Then cool it to 43-45C . Then add the culture and start fermentation. If you don’t use a machine , you need keep yougurt pot warm. Put blankets on them. After 12 hours , put the yogurt a deep pot and keep it in the fridge 5-8 hours without lid. You will see the difference
