The instructions are easy to follow and the unit is easy to set ...
Bought this so that I can see who's at the door before opening it. The instructions are easy to follow and the unit is easy to set up. I had a problem with one of the handsets not working properly. I called the customer service department at ERA and a coup[le of questions identified the problem as a faulty handset. A replacement was sent to me by carrier and that works fine. I find this an excellent product, and the back-up service was excellent.I would recommend this product.

Great video/speaker doorbell - wireless.
This has solved all my problems. Can't get to front door quickly, and delivery men don't hang about. I can now speak to them (and see them) from anywhere in the house, and tell them I am on my way. Absolutely delighted. Picture is clear, easy to install, good design. Highly recommend.

A little disappointing (for me)
This is wireless. It works lovely but to me there some draw backs. The outside bell push unit can have batteries and for that reason its quite large and unsightly. The two inside phones have such a tiny picture its hard to see and night vision was awful. It is possible to adjust the volume.

Unfortunately they didn’t work on my property so I have to return them
