heavy and very good quality
Believe me, this thing is heavy. Not like lifting up a dumbell or barbell. You will be able to lift up heavier weights, but this vest is wobbly to put on. So had to take a few weight bags out, which I intended to do anyway. I'll be adding more weights back along the training.Built quality seems sturdy and strong enough to withhold the weight. Shoulder pads are comfortable. It feels like wearing a bulletproof vest - if you like that stuff you know what I'm saying. Was planning on taking to the gym, but it does look like a bomb vest so won't be doing that. use it for hiking or run/walks or in house workouts. If anything pops, I'll update. Otherwise, this statement stands.

Gamechanger
This is a high quality vest.I opted for the 60lb vest since before getting it had been doing 2.5 mile walks carrying two 25lb KBs along with wearing 5lb ankle weights.I will tell you this was more challenging but in a good way.I made me focus on my posture and I believe it to be much more effective for training your core.Added advantage of having my hands free and more maneuverability.I’d recommend the 60lb because it’s easily adjustable and even if you’re starting out much lower you’ll have the ability to increase your weight as needed.I personally believe for most you won’t outgrow the 60lb load.Great investment for your health!

Very Impressed.
Very good weighted vest.Very comfortable!Fit very well.Was able to do pullups, dips etc with no issues whatsoever.

A Good Product
Vest is well made, reinforced, balanced and a great training aid. The only issue I had was adding the weight packets to the vest. That was a workout in itself...manufacturer may want to consider enlarging the weight packet sleeves a bit to make it easier to add weight.
