Excellent product
I am very pleased about this product because it does what it's meant to. . It whistles when the kit the is boiled....And there's a plot of of the whistles at the top? Also I love the dragon. .

Do what they say on the tin!
Excellent. My old one gave up the ghost after 4 years of hard labour and these fit the bill for replacements. Have tried both of them and they do whistle, unlike some reviews I’ve seen. Much cheaper than buying a new kettle!

Uneven quality
They have a slightly different fit. The bird one is looser than the dragon, which is really tight. I don’t know why that’s the case. Taking rhe dragon one out after boiling it’s hard, and some hot water might spill accidentally on your hand. That being said, they do whistle (for a few seconds, then it’s just steam coming out with no whistling).

Gorgeous dragon!
My bird whistle lasted for many years until it needed replacing, but when I saw that this duo was a genuine Alessi part for less than many places were charging for the single replacement bird, I leapt at it. The classic burgundy whistle is fine; the jade dragon is a marvel! It gives me a genuine thrill to see it.

Perfect replacement
Perfectly replaces broken bird on kettle. Dragon does not whistle very well.

Where’s the whistle?
Bought these two and liked the quality but very disappointed with the fact that they don’t whistle much! What’s the point of that?

Perfect - but pricey - authentic replacement parts

Work Fine
I have an Alessi I bought when they first came out in 1985. Wonderfully well-made and a beautiful water kettle. A few years ago, the Bird Whistle finally had a piece break off that holds it in the spout. This Bird is an exact replacement, and the Dragon is fun to have as well. They both fit snug as they should and whistle as they should. No problems.

Il bollitore Alessi fischia, anche dopo anni e anni di utilizzo ininterrotto, basta usare i fischietti giusti :)
